Rose and Ruth spent over 9 hours during the summer trawling through at least 700 pieces of music, 96% of the music was returned on time with only 2 pieces missing from the last concert and 26 of those checked in from Iron Acton. Congratulations to the Percussion, Bass and Trombone sections who gave in 100%. In general most of the music is coming back straightway now, thank you.

Please note:

• Any music which has not got "pc" in front of it is an original and it is essential that it is found, especially Clog and Flute Dance as they were borrowed.
• Please keep all the music in the folders issued as it was noticeable that the larger pieces are still getting frayed edges where they "just fit" into maller ones that some people are using.  The A3 folders also keep the music flat and immobile.

Replacing all the orginal parts would cost the BMO approx £50 so please hunt through all your piles of music!
