We are a non-auditioning orchestra who strive for beauty in our communal playing.  We are always keen to hear from new players.  If there are currently no vacancies (listed below) for your instrument we do run an Interested Musicians and Dep list.

In order to cope with the music you will need to be of a good standard (the equivalent of Grade 6-8 or above), and be able to commit to attending at least 75% of rehearsals.  Principal players / section leaders will sometimes face more complex or more exposed solo lines, and so when filling these positions on a permanent basis we always seek players who can be confident in these roles.
